So you finally introduce new features, that you can't put in the older gen? Same with MLB the Show. Anything good is on the next gen console.

I was enjoying Super Mega Baseball 3's franchise mode, until I realized the offseason stuff is so unfinished that I don't even want to bother.

I can look past not being able to trade players, as it would require a lot of AI programming. However, everyone being on single season contracts is just so lame.

You can't commit to someone's future by signing them to a long contract and focusing your development on them, so what's even the point of having a franchise mode?

I think it was just getting to the main menu itself or something. Like I was able to connect just fine to WoW this morning and even Dead by Daylight!
