Other than being on nights for 2 months at the start of this year, I've pretty much been off nights since people starting taking retirement buyouts when the pandemic started.
This new position has more responsibilities, but also gives me a flexible schedule. There will be times when I'll need to work on night shift, but I'll be raking in that overtime pay
