In a weak conference.

Mario's coaching acumen has been put into serious question on CanesInsight. The guy can recruit but his coaching leaves a lot to be desired. We will see what happens.

It's gotten to the point where Larranaga is the most successful coach at Miami  right now
I am aware. We will indeed see.

And I still use my old ass 3

Hmm I think the creaking is gone now I just took a screwdriver to the desk screws

I do have a plan that lets me trade in but I like my phone.

How is it possible for Manny Diaz to have a better overall record as Miami coach than Mario?

And there it is.........you just knew he wasn't going to take this great recruiting news without his usual picture spam.
offseason recruiting news doesn't mean shit if you don't execute on the field

A&M has had high profile recruiting classes with NIL money and Jimbo is still doing terrible

Unless yinz cut ties with failure Gattis and shake up the weak Offense the struggles will continue! Mario can recruit but so could Jimbo! Look at where they are both at now!

The only fix is to fire Mario and bring in Dorsey, but you all already hitched your wagon to Mario for 10...10 years  Have fun lmao. Meanwhile Dorsey, a much better and elite coach, will head off to "greener" NFL pastures!

In the offseason Mario bragged about how he assembled the best and brightest coaches to build the program. And Miami was hyped up as #1 in the Coastal. Then they played nobody and were crowned as "being back" before facing a shitty A&M squad and losing. Since then yinz have only had 1 win to the only team even WORSE than you all (and barely!).

You know this is hilarious to me. And you can recruit all the "talent" you want but the overrated coaches are still there. Miami has a LOT of problems and one man can't fix them all. How about you start by building a stadium where the kids can actually go to. Ain' nobody driving 1 hour north to Mar A Lago to watch Canes lose with 8 turnovers lol

Judging & comparing coaches after 7 games :biglaugh:

Since you always accuse me of not thinking for myself, I'll just tell you that whatever El Presidente says/tweets about the situation is also how I feel. BTW I love Dorsey & would love to have him as coach but we have no clue how he would do at recruiting.

Their offense wouldn't have 8 turnovers in a game

As former Dolphins & U OC Gary Stevens once said...."you can't make chicken salad out of chicken shit"

As for the rest of your diatribe....... . Enjoy this period of ineptitude because it won't last too too long.

A&M has had 4 years and still has seen no benefit to Jimbo

What makes you think Mario would be any different? He can recruit but his coaching was always a question. This isn't new. It happened in Oregon too. Also the most scathing indictment is that he left Oregon, and Oregon didn't miss a beat.

Sure you may have an occasional "big win" like going into the Shoe and beating OSU, but overall his coaching is very suspect. Plenty of college coaches are great at recruiting, not so much at x and o's. And Mario is among them.

Gattis has also regressed horrifically since leaving Michigan which you conveniently ignore. Michigan hasn't missed a beat since he left.

What part of "I'm going to give him time" are you not grasping? If things are as bleak in 2 years as they are now I will be as loud as anyone else in demanding he be let go, but we have to let this play out a bit.
