THE DIFFERENCE IS THAT THE NWSL HAS VOWED TO CHANGE AND CORRECT THE CULTURE, and that most of the offenders were removed from power (Riley, Burke, et al)

Many of the offenders in the Canada situation just counter-sued their accusers and the courts ruled in favor of the hockey players. Just an entire systemic failure.
