IT HASN'T HAPPENED WHEN I WAS EXERCISING AND IT'S NOT GOING TO MAGICALLY HAPPEN IF I STARTED EXERCISING AGAIN
I'M EATING THE SAME SHIT I WAS BEFORE I STOPPED EXERCISING AND WITHOUT EXERCISE I'M LOSING WEIGHT. SO I'M NOT GOING BACK.
It's like people don't hear you man. They live in this narrative that exercise is important. But I don't believe that. I lived it myself and I observed dramatic weight loss through measuring myself every day. These are not fake numbers these are actual statistics.
Even if I could exercise again my knees and ankles are so shot I can't move with any regularity anymore.

I did that and cut calories and it didn't work, in fact the exercise made my joints worse by overuse injuries
