As of Sunday morning at DraftKings, there had been more than twice as many point spread bets on the Lions as there had been on the 49ers.

The Lions money line (+275) and spread (+7) are the two most popular bets of the day Sunday at BetMGM. Compared to wagers on the 49ers, Detroit's spread has attracted 71% of the bets and 58% of the handle, while its money line has garnered 89% of the tickets and 82% of the money.

"The Lions are the most bet team to win and cover in the conference championship games," trading manager Christian Cipollini said. "BetMGM will be cheering for the 49ers on Sunday."
