Ok this is beyond ridiculous! I realize that he travels on private planes but pets that are approved to fly in the cabins of planes are supposed to remain on the floor. he does not own that plane. Eventually someone else is going to have to sit in that seat. Can you imagine if he was on a cruise ship? He'd never survive because as soon as that dog was caught sitting in a chair in a dining room, Kirk & Ben would be tossed off of the ship.

I am completely losing all respect for him & you know how I loved him for how he always stuck up for The U.

Unc was in a house. The dog can sit wherever it wants if he is in the owners house. And the dog was on Uncs lap, not in a chair. Again, cruise lines will kick a guest off a ship if their service dog is caught not being on the floor in the dining room; licking a plate; defecating in a public area; and most certainly sitting on any kind of furniture.

Let me make it clear yet again. I have NOTHING against Ben. He is adorable. If he helps Kirk with a legitimate mental health issue then full respect. But again, there is no need for Kirk to make such a show out of it and I'm sorry but it is gross that he lets the dog sit in an airplane seat.
