So GE has this line of lightbulbs called Reveal.
They make a big deal on the box about "Pure, Clean Light" with "Exceptional color contrast and boldness, plus radiant whites".
They even have a comparison on the box, showing how they look better than soft white bulbs.
I see that comparison picture and assume they're actually going to be pure white bulbs.
Well, it's my fault for not reading the box close enough, because they're just the same f***ing ugly-ass piss-yellow 2700K bulbs that they've always sold.
Maybe you could say they're not as hideous as the average 2700K bulb, but that picture is a god damned lie. Going from 5000K to those are a definite downgrade.
I just don't understand why people like the soft white bulbs with the f***ing yellow tinge, they look so shit.
