Why does Tin Cup sacrifice himself in a situation where he plausibly could have been saved? (Which is not a problem with how the scene was written, but more with how they went about filming it.)

Why does Superman save Lois Lane, despite Tin Cup teaching him that his secret identity is more important than always saving everyone?

Why does Superman trust and fall in love with Lois Lane after she reveals his identity to the world, leading to countless deaths?

discussion on fresh vegetables elsewhere and how al michaels has never eaten one

i mean vegetables aren't that bad you just need to have them frozen. preparation is a bitch.

why should i spend time to peel and dice a carrot when I can just use a frozen pre-diced one. Then @Zaide complains my pepper cuts are too big. Well that's why there's a food processor here.

Why should I spend time to make my vegetables more bite size the old fashioned way? Just put everything in a food processor. Problem solved. I use garlic all the time now and I just peel 5 or 6 cloves and put it in the processor. Blitz.

i do not. i'm heating some chicken nuggets in the oven now. when those finish in 20 minutes i'm going to go downstairs and heat these organic frozen broccoli florets.

No I don't pick them straight off the plant. if you go to the grocery store you'll see them all fresh like fastened to stems and then you have to take each off. No I don't do that. They're all pre frozen for me.

Frozen Veggies are better than canned at least, I'll give you that.
