i still don't get your grievance about the desktop. "my desktop must be free of icons" yeah have fun going through multiple folders just to get to the program you want to run

that said all my games are in "juegos" and not on the desktop most of the time

You can open a gif with Windows Image Viewer, but it doesn't play the gif. Because of that, gifs are set to open in Internet Explorer on my computer.

Well I click on a gif, it opens up Internet Explorer with the incessant pop ups about importing my data. No, I don't want to setup Internet f***ing Explorer right now, or ever in fact.

And because Windows can't just do what it's told, it also opened Edge, with more popups about setting up Edge and importing my data.

I don't give a f*** if Edge is the best browser to ever exist, forcing that shit in front of my face is a great way to guarantee that I f***ing hate it and will go out of my way to avoid it.

It's all about replacing their piece-of-shit Start Menu with something that's actually useful and not just another way to show you ads or trick you into opening Edge.

I like having pretty wallpapers and not looking at icons, so I organize my shit somewhere other than the desktop. Not that complicated.
