@John Price Three monitors is the way, trust me on this. Four is too many.

I did four for a while with my two big screens at the center, a vertical one off to the left for code readability, and one on top for videos/spotify/whatever non-work stuff going on.

It was a headache. Especially with Linux.

I ended up ditching the vertical one because I didn't find it easier to read code whatsoever in that orientation. Kept the other three in that config.

I have a 1440p 32in main monitor, and a 1080p 24in vertical monitor next to it.

Other than already having monitors, I would be interested in trying an ultra wide screen, but I'm sure Windows makes it impossible to effectively use without a 3rd party program.

I already deal with that shit on my vertical monitor where Windows tries to snap stuff to the left or right side of the screen. Yes, I totally want 3 inch wide window, thanks dumbass

i'm just intrigued at these 15 dollar monitors. Keep in mind I don't now if they even have hdmi slots. if they do and they're 1080p it's a steal

There's more to a quality monitor than just resolution and input ports, lirl.

They're cheap for a reason, they probably have shit panels with awful viewing angles

"BUT WHAT ABOUT THE REFRESH RATE"

bitch it's literally a 15 dollar monitor which I'm going to attach to a 2012 laptop possibly. why does refresh rate matter.

if i wanted a quality high end monitor i'd buy it online

I'm not talking about refresh rate, geek.

Color space, backlighting, viewing angles, response time, and DPI are all things to consider.

If you just want a cheap piece of shit, then those cheap pieces of shit will probably be good enough.

NEW YORK (AP) — Until the New York Yankees get Aaron Judge and Giancarlo Stanton back, they're going to need some other guys to help generate offense.

Willie Calhoun is one of those guys.

After spending most of last season in the minors, Calhoun snapped a seventh-inning tie with his first home run for the scuffling Yankees in a 4-2 victory over the Cleveland Guardians that stopped a four-game slide Tuesday night.

As a diehard Yankee fan this season has been very stressful with the injures to Stanton and judge. The Yankees are in uncharted territory as a last place club. I hope they can figure it out soon...

Why is there only one NPB game on today for Children's Week. They already played most of the games earlier. Only one tonight.

Ugh.

At least KBO has all games on tonight. Maybe Children's Week is just a Japan thing.

Boo f***ing hoo, the sad little Yankees can't buy their way to another title.

Just do some more of that Derek Jeter shit, where he becomes the GM of another team and gifts the Yankees an MVP for peanuts.

Yankees fans aren't used to this much losing.

At least my Lakers are very successful!
