"Mr. Forrester" does not look like a happy camper. Looks like reality finally hit him. I will bet the tone of his "truths" changes drastically from here on.

Ha Ha Ha! The "truth's" were brought up! All his social media posts are so going to bite him in the arse! He is going to have to go radio silent now if he has a brain in his head. Mr. Price better find a bunch of Jim Bo tweets now if he wants social media entertainment!

Class E felony
How long is a Class E felony in NY?

A Class E felony charge is considered more serious than a misdemeanor charge, and as such carries a potentially longer jail sentence. While a Class A misdemeanor in New York carries a sentence of up to 364 days, a Class E felony can result in a sentence of between one year and five years

This was only supposed to take 15 minutes. It is now an hour. I doubt "Mr. Forrester" will be able to speak at 8:15 tonight if at all. I'm also betting Judge Brad Marchand is doing his best Brad Marchand!

Lordy, these attorneys better learn how to deal with the media. And that lead guy trying to explain away the infamous baseball bat picture...... :help:
the media said that there was no gag order but the judge advised his client to be more responsible on social media

Good luck with that. You know the client just can't help himself. And as a pundit said, anything the client says going forward can & will be used against him in a court of law. As the great congresslady from California said, he will have a chance to prove his innocence.

Boy these pundits on regular NBC do not think this is a strong case to prove.
A lot of people are saying that

Yet on social media people are already saying this is a slam dunk case. Or that this division has prosecuted white collar crimes in detail
