I thought you respected Halladay's opinions. And maybe the "he's happy" was part of the problem. Though the problem really started when they moved to the ACC. He never accpeted it, was openly bitter about it. Made fun of Greensboro, whined about not being able to recruit anymore because no one wanted to play in those small towns. And capped it off with his accusations about NIL.

Look, you can make fun of the U football team for being an ACC failure, but it has been a godsend for the basketball program & none of these kids we recruit (or "buy") whine about going to Greensboro.

But his last few years have not been kind to him and instead of going out gracefully like Coach K & Jay Wright did, he pretty much went out kicking and whining & insulting what has always been considered the signature college basketball conference.
