As for the baseball team, a shame we have to be excited it took a walkoff HR to avoid losing a series at home to an unranked team from up north. But hey, Gino, just keep on being you.

New Miami athletic director Dan Radakovich floated the idea of a Hurricanes softball team. Is it a real possibility?

The Hurricanes are one of just two remaining ACC athletic departments that don’t sponsor a softball team. At his introductory presser, Radakovich addressed the topic directly.
