So there's this item in Binding of Isaac that's really hard to unlock. You have to beat every boss with the hardest character.

After a lot of trying, I met the unlock conditions and Steam gave me the related achievement, but the item is still locked.

WWE has complete control over the Thunderdome, so there is a benefit to them not having live crowds.

They literally tell the people who to cheer and who to boo, so they can curate whatever reaction they want.
