In 2018, Gruden returned to the Raiders as their head coach. He led the team until his resignation during the 2021 season

Bowman was the general manager of the Blackhawks from 2009 to 2021, during which time the team won three Stanley Cups in 2010, 2013, and 2015. He resigned from his position in 2021 after an internal investigation revealed he neglected reports of sexual assault committed by a member of the Blackhawks' coaching staff.
 
What's there to discuss, the NHL decided a paltry fine was a good enough punishment.

Covering up crimes is apparently better than something truly heinous, like unscheduled workouts with draft prospects, or submitting a cap circumventing contract.
