But I'm kinda surprised team USA hasn't managed to pull away, I Was expecting an end result like 6-2.

Also, right now the situation is such that they are going to call a makeup penalty on Finland on any hint of an infraction.

I guess now the refs can't call any highsticks in the game at all anymore because they've missed so many blatant ones, lmao

There's lots of time left, unfortunately. With the Fins constantly passing it to nowhere, they Americans will surely pull away soon.

Nylander = Swede
Nyman = Finn

Nyman looks like it would be pronounced "Nigh-man" to most English speakers
Swedish is an official language of Finland. Nyman is not a Finnish name. Nyman doesn't even follow Finnish vocal harmony, so it cannot be a Finnish name.

That's sorta like saying that Lafreniere should be pronounced like it's an English name because Canada speaks English.

Like, I just don't get the logic of pronouncing it differently. If you're going to pronounce "ny" wrong, at least pronounce it consistently wrong imo.
