It is a no win situation. You can't stop playing - that would be a real insult to the Austrians. So you try and, if the goals go in, so be it. But yes, it is painful to watch. So is the US being classless too now? Or do they get a pass because they are not Canada?
Kaliyev has a better shot than Caufield.Exactly
How does Kaliyev get to play on the top line when that should be Coles spot

embarrassing man, stop itWHY THE HELL IS COLANGELLO GETTING CAUFIELDS ICE TIME NOW
Quit crying about it and move on.I agree, that's why I was so annoyed by all the fans accusing Canada for being classless in the other thread. Meanwhile, all I hear about the US dominating is crickets.
Yes. That's why I never quote or pay attention to World Junior point totals - unless they are negative (smile). All these goals are meaningless. The players who score in the knockout games are the good ones! This is just stat padding
late night hockey is a treat on the east coastIt’s when games are played late (late-ish) into the eastern time zone that I’m soooo glad I live in the Pacific time zone.
In fairness Kaliyev is dragging the top line down, but i'd rather see Brisson get an opportunity there firstSorry man. Caufield has not done anything at this tournament to earn a spot with Zegras on yhe top line. Beniers and Boldy look way better, not to mention Zegras.
Don't worry about it.... it is what it is.I agree, that's why I was so annoyed by all the fans accusing Canada for being classless in the other thread. Meanwhile, all I hear about the US dominating is crickets.
Oh for sure. I'm just making the case that Caufield has not been playing at a level that demands top line usage. As I was saying Zegras, Boldy, Beniers have all been clearly better. I've also like Berard more too.In fairness Kaliyev is dragging the top line down, but i'd rather see Brisson get an opportunity there first
