The coaches agreed to it beforehand. Literally just for practice.

Blais actually reminds me of a less explosive JT Miller out on the ice. I really like his game, he plays that physical game but he has good skill too.

If he’s actually going to be on our 4th line he’s going to be the most skilled 4th liner we’ve had in a long time. And the ability to move up the lineup if necessary. I know he was part of the underwhelming return for Buch but I think he’s going to be good for us.

The trade isnt complete yet until we make the pick next year. Nobody knows right now how we did in that deal.

Like Blais' game. Reaves should be very a good 4th liner for us. I thought Barron and Cuylle played pretty well and Wall had a very good period and half.
Kakko was solid, Laf was mostly invisible; he has flashes, but really hasn't looked like the player everyone was talking about after we drafted him at #1
