Is this an "Uh oh"?

Or, is this an "oh boy!" moment?

This could open up lots of cap space and make things interesting. I think there are a few items which still need addresses, and, unfortunately, I'm not convinced Murray is any better than Kallgren at this point.

Too early to tell. But yeah. Kallgren apparently is also out.

Looks like he's not putting weight on his left leg.

The 3d chess answer to this situation: emergency goalies on 1 day contracts as backups are cap neutral.

So I've heard this is a thing with him in that he didn't face the Pens last year and would be "injured" or whatever for those games.

Now it's vs Ottawa...

So it's either he's injury prone or we won't be able to use him in any playoff series against his former team.

Both scenarios aren't good.

Whatever, I had more faith in Samsonov to be honest. Just needed to stay in the net and not be moving so much in the net like a younger MAF.

Hopefully just a precaution and they are taking him off the ice to be safe. Didn’t the session just begin?

In reality the boring answer is that if Murray is hurt, they'll sign the U of T or some other university goalie to an ATO.

Yeah it’ll be one York, U of T or TMU’s goalies depending on who’s here or they will have to sign one of the Marlies goalies to an ELC
