Brundage vs Marquez co-main is diabolical

If I can get Marquez by sub at like +600 I’m so hammering it

There have been plenty of questionable placements in the past but this co-main is the dumbest one I can remember. I genuinely want to hear some theories on the reasoning behind this one.

Anyways, Kape is a total clown but looked fantastic his last fight. I'm rooting for Almabayev, but Kape could bring some excitement to this division and has some charisma. Should be good for 125 either way.

There are some decent fights on this card.

They really need some new contenders at 125, if Temirov starches Johnson I think they’ll give him a guy like Royval and then a title shot

I also don’t think he beats Johnson unless he hits him with something big early. That might be a live entry after round 1

Part of the reason 125 lacks contenders is because they keep booking them to get shut down by Royval or Moreno, did it with Albazi and Taira and almost made the mistake of doing it again with Kape before Royval got injured

still don’t think they should’ve cut him when they did. I know he looked terrible and clueless when Waldo and Lane got him to the ground but when you’re signing a guy who only has 5 fights and has barely gotten any cage time you have to give him some more room to develop than pulling the plug after 2 losses. Particularly when it’s the most barren division on the roster and guys like 1-5 Brzeski get to stick around

This crappy (on paper) card has been awesome so far. Just insane fight after insane fight.

Don't know if it ultimately mattered but Mark Smith shouldn't have stepped in to give them their mouth pieces. There were only 30 secs left in the round. At that point just let them fight without it.
