Flyers fan living in NYC coming in peace. How's the train in from Penn station? Easy trip? Rangers tickets are ridiculous so looking into going to some Isles games for my hockey fix.
Not hard at all. At worst you might have to transfer trains at Jamaica, but even that's not so bad. The train leaves you at the Elmont station, and then it's either a 10-15 walk or a shuttle bus ride to the arena.

Why does this bother you? Either let them shop or not shop. You don't ever have to stop 1 foot south of Hempstead Turnpike.

It's simply discussion. Hardly "bothers" me.

This is still a message board where we discuss thoughts and opinions, no?

Planning on going to the game Thursday night. Can you pay when you arrive at the emerald parking lots or is it pre-pay only?

First game at UBS Monday Any tips? Is park good? Should we get there early? All help appreciated!
Get garage or silver parking. Costly but shorter walk is nice. Would suggest having a beer in the park if you don’t mind the cold.

Expensive to eat inside. A stop at King Umberto’s before the game could be worth it.

Whats the go with the Park at UBS? I see you have to pay to skate but what about general entry?
Entry is free. There is a pay for fire pit section, but a larger free section.

There are also picnics tables to eat at. Being your own, or purchase food at the park from the food trucks.
