There's no doubt the trade is fair, though personally I'd prefer a trade without the defensemen, and solely built around Jost/Saad.

I feel terrible for him regardless but even more so if it's another concussion. I mean, you bring it on yourself if you're skating with your head down but getting taken out by some AHL dude when you're trying to regain your game/confidence would just be awful. Hopefully it's some other kind of injury unrelated to the head.
