It's a significant risk to hold KK at 2C instead of a short-term solution like ROR, but clearly this FO seems to like KK. They've been right a bunch of times, but hopefully this recent surge in good play is what we get moving forward.

It's a significant risk to hold KK at 2C instead of a short-term solution like ROR, but clearly this FO seems to like KK. They've been right a bunch of times, but hopefully this recent surge in good play is what we get moving forward.

He's been growing into the role pretty well. Certainly not the best 2C in the league, but he's holding his own and getting better. I'd rather have him developing his game on the 3rd line, but every team has its gaps.

Svech cleanly hits Stamkos causing a turnover, Bogo grabs him to give him a “talk” causing a whistle… will be interested to see how the penalties go but somehow I think Svech will get a matching something even though he didn’t do anything.

Someone teach Svech to do this more frequently. Last time I saw him this physically engaged in a game without getting called he ended Hampus Lindholms season.
