I really liked Three Body Problem on Netflix.
The Gentlemen was good too. (Movie was better but show is also very entertaining.)
Arcane (anime) was also really good.

Just started watching Sugar on Apple TV that's kind of a cool detective show with a hat tip to old noire series.

Friend of mine is a glass cutter in town, and got a rush order for some huge panes. A weird order he said but i forget the details. Turns out it was the glass props lead tech guy on site for that show making the order. So at some point, a good friend of mine will be able to say “remember that dead guy that went through the window on that episode? I cut that glass.”

Just finishing up Young Sheldon with the lady. Getting to the last few episodes. Kinda knew this was coming. Still not prepared. There’s no other way to describe it. I’m a puddle.
Same.

I've been watching it with my mom. We prefer the family in general over Sheldon, but I knew it was coming. I tried explaining it to my mom that I think this is the episode George passes but nothing could of prepared me for *that* scene. The acting was so raw. I read that they filmed it once, hence the realistic reaction.

It took my breath away.

I said the same thing. Missy in particular was a powerhouse in the end. Her acting was spectacular.

The finale felt rushed. The episodes leading up to it were perfection

That girl is going to go places. Very talented. I do hope she pops up in the spinoff sometimes.

The finale definitely felt rushed. I can only imagine if the writers strike ended sooner, we would of gotten more episodes and less rush.

I just started the final season of Cobra Kai

TBQH I'm having a hard time getting past the fact that all the high school kids on the show are like 30 years old at this point

Couldn’t watch anymore. Just stale now
It's always been a silly soap opera for men, but the first two seasons were really well written and didn't take itself too seriously. The next couple seasons were more nostalgia porn and tying up loose ends. Season 5 was really ungrounded and the first episode of season 6 I just watched was just dumb - they ran out of ideas and now are circling back to "bring back this bad guy who was supposed to be gone forever" shit.

Episode 2 started with another trope of introducing another cartoonishly bad guy who is over the top evil for no real reason

I'm happy they got to tell the entire story. Especially since Cobra Kai was a YouTube Original series.

The other one was Impulse. It should of gotten saved by Netflix too.

And Wayne.

Three great shows. Only 1 got to continue. I'm still bitter.

They started out doing a really nice job of blurring the lines between good vs evil. Everybody switched sides and joined up with another 10x over, every which way. Once they ran that into the ground it got dull really quick

Still, for mindless entertainment it beats a lot of what’s out there. At this point they probably get by on name alone, but that’s fine by me. I haven’t checked out the new season i just assume it’s going to be more horrible acting by characters they had to keep around, and hilariously over the top bad guys.

Just realized Snowpiercer is back on. Looks like they are 2 episodes deep into the final season. That's been a fun watch imo. Not quite on the level of the movie, but they somehow did a fresh take on a show that takes place entirely on a train riddled with class warfare.

I like origin film but loving the Apple series.

It's been awhile since I have seen the movie, but the Apple series, I am on the fence. I have worked on a lot shows and the ones I like are the ones, where there are characters, you can like and relate to, if you will. But that series is where I have a problem with that. I will leave it at that!

That series I am having trouble doing that, so it's hard for me to watch.
So I maybe I need to give it some time, or not!
