I didn't check out the reviews, but like I said, I was going to watch for DeNiro and Plemons.

IMDB has a very generous average score of 7 out of 10. Maybe Netflix paid a troll farm for good reviews. I'd give it like 5.5.

Rotten Tomatoes was 54% (Rating based on positive scores, so basically 1 out of 2 reviews were positive). That's not good, but still better than the 17% Hunting Party. Now that is truly awful.

Fwiw, I hated s2 of the Night Agent. Much worse than s1. Speaking of reviews, just for S&G, I pulled up this:

Reviews for "The Night Agent" season 2 are generally negative, with many critics stating that it falls short of the first season's quality, citing a disjointed plot, weaker character development, questionable logic, and a slower pace, despite still delivering some thrills and action; some also highlight issues with the female characters being poorly written and the overall story feeling less believable compared to season 1
Thanks for the warning..... I was just getting ready to rewatch the pilot episode of Night Agent.

By the way....got back to Silo.....Solo is a hoot!!!!

Finally watched A Real Pain, heartfelt movie. I know Culkin is getting all the accolades, but Eisenberg was really impressive too.

Just finished Shorsey season 3. Best one so far, looking forward to starting season 4. Also, absolutely awesome that episode 6 opened with Deafheaven. One of my favorite bands. And they made a cool Dan Girardi reference.

Finish Dune Prophecy. That was really good too. Looking forward to season 2 of that.

Won best supporting actor. Guy Pearce was in the category with him for The Brutalist. Robert Downey Jr presented since he won last year for Oppenheimer. I thought it was cool since RDJ and Pearce worked together on Iron Man 3. Then, Pearce and Adrien Brody on The Brutalist. Cillian Murphy, last year's best actor for Oppenheimer with RDJ, presented best actor, which Adrien Brody won, and they worked together on Peaky Blinders.

If you liked the first one, the sequel is coming to Prime on May 1st.
Love Anna Kendrick. She's so down to earth off camera.

This blows my mind. The movie is not Oscar worthy by any means

Definitely milked the hype train as it got bigger and bigger winning at all the major awards shows and festivals. I liked it as a little compact indie movie, hilariously funny at times, but agree.
