Reruns of Walker, Texas Ranger on TV. The "show" ran for 9 seasons, but it was actually an extended documentary detailing Chuck Norris's joining the Rangers for a day as a volunteer.

Ep. 5 of Old Man was a bit "tepid" -- a lot of "reveals" which, of course, will probably lead to heightened action/story line in up coming episodes.

Can't wait to hear your take on the episode.... the only hint I'll give they flipped the script again......I now turn my attention to new Slow Horses.
My best shows are Prime's Batman, The Rings of Power, Special OPs: Lioness, and Apple's Crazy Horses. Seasons 3 & 4 of Horses are great.

The first season of Special OPs: Lioness is on Prime now and it's so good I watched the whole first season in one sitting.

Lioness is another series I just could not get into....don't think I finished the first episode.

Last weekend the last episode of Lord of the Rings s2 was dropped on Prime. Really liked the whole season and looking forward to storylines continue developing in s3 (hopefully in 2025).

I am watching The Terror on Netflix since it escaped me when it originally aired on AMC. The dude from Chernobyl is in it and he’s awesome as usual.

Looking at your list brought up something I recently saw on IG: I think RT in honor of their 25 years put best 25 shows as voted. Seems a pretty reasonable list overall.

I’m counting shows that may have started in the 90s but most of its best run was in the 21st century

I’m also not limiting myself to dramas , I like comedy and animation and believe they should be ranked just as high.

1. The Sopranos (1999)
2. South Park (1997)
3. Futurama (1999)
4. The Wire
5. SpongeBob SquarePants (1999)
6. Home Movies (1999)
7. Flight of the Conchords
8. Arrested Development
9. Metalocalypse
10. It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia

I watched Nobody Wants This with my wife - lighthearted romantic series that just got picked up for S2.
Oh man that is good news. The ending seemed kind of sudden. Thanks for letting me know. I did not think I was going to like it but it kind of snuck up on me. :D

The Walking Dead deserves to be in there. Sure, it's long in the tooth now, but at its peak it was appointment TV and a cultural phenomenon.

storyline is not the strongest but it was offset by good cast / characters and the dialog.
