Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. The worst part is how badly miller plays next to him. There were nights here where miller looked like a superstar next to schneider.
Need to shelter trouba on the third pair. That’s all there is to it at least until he proves otherwise and or finds his game. This was unacceptable hockey. I have issue with him on all 3 goals and multiple chances
PS Igor didn’t make a save all night. Could have used one not for nothing.
I have no idea why Cuylle Wennberg kakko was broken up to shoehorn brodzinki back in the lineup when we are a better team with Rempe in there.
Also think Roslovic has been much much better last two games after that travesty in Colorado

I know there are a few issues but the biggest one by far is Trouba. He drags down Miller, Demotes Schneider (who should be a top 4 dman even on a cup contender) and in about 4 days will have Jones scratched. Mika is a big one but I think we can survive with our depth and our big line which is offensively one of the best in hockey.

So awkward but I'll say it..which of us is going to buy a Trouba painting and do unspeakable things to / on it before the playoffs to fix his -12 plus minus a game before playoffs start..

I don’t necessarily disagree but that doesn’t mean put him out there against Crosby to get destroyed, mess up miller’s game and a good pairing with Schneider in the process. Shelter the guy and let him find his game. Terrible coaching from Lavy tonight from start to finish including the way way to early goalie pull. Just awful decision against talent players that can shoot from anywhere and hit an empty net.

That was one of the most exciting games I've seen all year. Clark was just WOW ! 41 points - 9 of them 3's- a couple right in Reeses face, 12 assists 3 of them full court and 9 rebounds for good measure. Tied at 45 at the half Clark took charge in the 3rd quarter and Hawkeyes win 94-87 and go to the final four !

It depends very heavily on what happens in the playoffs, but I'd still say pretty slim.

The play in general was pretty uninspired, but I’ll echo everyone else’s sentiments (including his own), that Trouba was AWFUL. Like holy crap.
Lav constantly says when a guy is cleared, he goes back to the same usage as before. Really don't understand that. Guy missed a month, it takes time to build up the body and the mind. It's not an on/off switch. Trouba has been horrendous. He shouldn't be out there vs their only 2 good players being horrendous. Let him build up against their 4th liners.My guess is Lavi thinks that Trouba needs to play through this to get back to his shutdown ways.
