The problem with a list like this is that its comparing those that are very good right now (Hughes) vs. the projected greatness of others (Celebrini).

And since there is a significant age range here & how quickly players develop between draft day and their 24th birthday, makes this list even more difficult to evaluate.

I'd sooner they just stick to a list of the best players under 24 right now, and another for the top prospects.

for example, for the Rangers you mentioned, they may not be as talented as the guys on this list - they're not - but because they play in front of Shesterkin they play winning hockey
