I think he is, but I don't think you need to be sophisticated to sense that you're responsible for a thing that could be perceived as bad and to have an urge to rationalize it. Even children do that instinctively.

Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. Agreed. Cro knows what is being said about his influence on Z. He knows Z is no where near producing at the rate he’s capable of. To me this screams Cro trying to justify his influence on Z by telling everyone how great Z is now…… even though he doesn’t play great offense anymore. This type of quote is more self serving IMO.
Sad part is, other than Lacombe, Cro’s influence has done this to all our young players. He just doesn’t know how to coach better offense out of players.
