I mean maybe - if someone out there loves him. Im not confident he's seen as a "playoff piece" to clubs though and the playoff clubs would be the ones bidding. Hopefully, I'm wrong and someone ponies up.The deadline lately has shown that teams will overpay for a player. Been pretty shocked at some of the players getting a return of a 1st or 2nd round pick lately. Preferably I'd want a hockey trade of an NHL player coming to Boston. But more like a pick.
What does it say.

That’s not the only thing I should think. Being a ghost on the ice will do that too. Good to see you post something Joe - miss you being hereIt says his lack of offensive production is torpedoing his trade value.

Happy New Year, Dom. Wish you and your family health and happiness in 2025.Joe the man
Not a myth
The legend
Again I don’t think I’ve ever seen a bigger fan club for a more mediocre Bruin in my 45 years of fandomThat’s not the only thing I should think. Being a ghost on the ice will do that too. Good to see you post something Joe - miss you being here
“Freddy’s biggest thing is he’s got to continue to start moving his feet and continue to move his feet when he’s playing,” interim coach Joe Sacco said. “And he has to be physical. I think that’s a big component of his. When he’s playing hard in the defensive zone — if he’s battling below the goal line and has his assignments defensively, finishing his checks, being hard on pucks, those types of things — that’s when Freddy’s game elevates.”
Would be nice if he listened to his coach.
Well if last year was a break out year, shouldn't he still be in the same neighborhood as far as points/production ?Is 40 points as a 3rd liner last year not a breakout year? Like what is the expectation from him playing 3rd line mintues? 50 points? 60?
Have you seen the team this year- who's in the same neighborhood for pts/production? Their top two centers are on pace to come in under 40 pts for the year, Coyles at a sub 30 pt pace after putting up 60 last year.Well if last year was a break out year, shouldn't he still be in the same neighborhood as far as points/production ?

He's struggling offensively for sure but the flak he gets in here is over the top while others who are payed and played in spots to produce fly waaayy under the radar.
Fluto also said in an article yesterday that Frederic is equally as good a fighter as Olivier…Fluto said he sucks also so it must be true
Don't get the pearl clutchers up in arms about Frederic fighting Olivier, the horror!Fluto also said in an article yesterday that Frederic is equally as good a fighter as Olivier…

I remember Loui ErikssonMy biggest fear is Freddy leaving as a free agent. If they are not going to sign him then trade him, get something for him.
Too many times we let guys walk wo compensation for the years of that players development.
Hate him or not he has value

Yeah, the return they "need" to get for him is tough to get all that excited about. What is the value? A third round pick? Maybe , So someone with a 12 % chance of making it to the NHL in 2029? (and that % is probably too high)
I think saying Frederic has been one of the most disappointing Bruin's this season is something we can all agree on ??
DS and his agent need to determine now if he will be back next year. If they can not come to terms on an extension .
He need's to be traded now , before the dead line. What his value is, with how he has played this season ???????
