GDT: Traverse City 2019 Tournament Thread

  • Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. The admin team will continue to work on existing issues, templates and upgrade all necessary available addons to minimize impact of this new version. Click Here for Updates

Damn got up for a second and missed a goal. i think Kravtsov?
 
Damn missed the 3rd goal

Second goal was a cross ice pass from Kravtsov to the goal scorer for a PP goal. Kidn of looked like he was faking shot and slung it across the slot

Heard the game yesterday was a train wreck overall. Squad is starting to gel a little bit as the game goes on. Better passing and much better support breaking out and through the neutral zone. Much better cycle in the offensive zone.
 
Kravtsov couldn't pinch, puck the other way, but Huska is solid

Agreed.

With that said one of the things I always believe in is.. if you give the opposition a reason to respect your outside speed and straight ahead skating... Then the dekes and dangles become more of a threat... It happens at every level of hockey... Guys with great moves start getting eaten up because everyone knows to expect it. It's the guys who play the simple game with the dangles mixed in every now and again that are scary.
