zib: So that guy on HF is taking the Buch trade really hard

KK: which guy?

Zib: the one trying to convince everyone you’re fat

KK: ?

Zib: The one who calls everyone a bozo

KK?

Zib: The one who looks like he’s 12

KK: oh yeah that guy. Wow what a weird poster

*Kakko skates off*

Zib: where are you going?

KK: to the Buffet!!!
:laugh::laugh::laugh:
I wonder if they ever read our board, I like to imagine Strome busting Kakko’s balls with that fat pic

Wtf did this kid do during summer?

Hulk
Some people are born with better physical traits than others. Ovechkin was at his physical peak into his 3rd season as well. I think Laf will also be the same.

the only player that looks like he could need some time to fit into his frame is Krav. Other than that we’ve been lucky to have these young guys be physically mature at a young age.

That's the 2020 roster. Here's the 2021

Did they cut Kravtsov off at the knees?

Everyone thought the Rangers traded for Reaves as a deterrent for Wilson… meanwhile in his Gym Kakko had a frame of Wilson doing his hulk impression as motivation the entire off-season

The Rangers have skill, but there are quite a few kids who will have size and strength to match that skill.

Schneider, Miller, Kakko, Lafreniere, Cuylle, Chytil, Barron, Robertson, etc. are all growing boys.

That group alone is looking at an average height/weight of 6'3, 215-220 when they're fully developed.

And that's on top of hockey intelligence and respective attributes.

MSG is replaying some games from the previous season, so I've been iso-ing Kakko, especially when he has the puck. Based on that, I'm extremely confident that this season, no one is taking the puck from Kakko when he has it. It will be scary. For Chytil, I'm hoping GG reminds him to dangle less and go straight ahead more. He'll be a puck monster too. For Miller and Laf, can't underestimate having a year under their belts. Miller will be hammering one-timers. Laf will be potting goals from all angles in all situations.

Let this sink in for a minute:

Filip Chytil is a physical specimen.

Filip Chytil is a skilled young player.

Filip Chytil is no longer an outlier in this organization when it comes to young talent with that combination.
