I'm intrigued on what he'll do with that extra 2nd as well. Also, how are our comp picks looking for next year?Yates' preseason NFL mock draft: Which prospects could land in Round 1 in April?
With college football kicking off, let's project the first round of the 2025 draft. Could we see three QBs taken? Will NFL teams pursue defense early?www.espn.com
With 2 second round picks, I would be shocked if Beane didn't move up for an Edge rusher or a WR with the Edge and WR prospects that are in the 20s.
One of those second-round picks could net us a really good player at the deadline if one is available. It also makes a third-round pick easier to trade since we have 3 top-60 picks. Or, if some top tier pass rusher shakes loose at the TDL- maybe even parting with a 1st round pick could be on the table depending how the season is going.
