GDT: Training Camp discussion - Rifai and Murray on waivers -- Steeves clears

Bit surprised Dewar is only 192 after gaining 16 pounds. I know he's not tall but he seemed pretty solid before so it's surprising that he was listed at only 176 pounds before.
 
Marshall Rifai gained 28 lbs this offseason.

185 to 213

That is pretty crazy
 
Lilly put on 11 pounds to 201. That should help, particularly given how much of a gym rat he is. Timmins gained some useful weight as well.

Dewar up from 176 to 192 is pretty crazy. Hopefully the right kind of weight.
Grebenkin is up 18lbs to 210... he could be a bit of a beast at that weight.

Others have mentioned Knies at 227... that's pretty big.
Holmberg up 13 pounds to 201.

6 is about right. Springer is listed as 6'3 for reference.

he walked past me playing at London, and he was my height (6') in skates, I'd say 5'10" would be pushing it
Marner is shorter than Nylander, and Nylander is listed at 6' too

in the bottom photo for example, Marner is closest to the camera, so, it actually makes him look bigger than he is, and he's still shorter than Nylander.

Dewar had shoulder surgery, Minten high ankle sprain, Danford concussion (progressing well) but not likely to be available and Tverberg shoulder surgery are all likely out of training camp.

That's rough.

He's grown since his London days, he's around 6 ft now.
 
Treliving confirmed Matthews, Marner and Nylander will be on the team despite the competition of training camp.

(yes, it was a joke).

-3 Groups in training camp - Group A and B and then Group C will be the development roster. Hakanpaa will start in group C as he rehabs his injury.
