so they’ll most likely keep a 7th D and a 13th forward officially then 6 taxi guys including Barron and Reunanen who both will most likely head to Hartford when the season starts.

I mentioned a few days ago Miller gives you so many options. You can actually start Tony and trouba together and move Miller there in game as needed. You can play Miller with Trouba from the hop and put Tony in his more traditional spot. He’s another big body pker

it just adds a lot more versatility.

Unfortunately there's a difference between starting the season as a top 4 and still being a top 4 5-10 games in.

Does seem like K'Andre put in some serious work this offseason though and I hope he's rewarded. Jumping from college hockey to the NHL is no small feat

Didn't think there was any chance Miller would be ready for the big show, I hope this praise is legit and i'm wrong. Hard to imagine him and Alexis aren't practicing at home as often as they can, not a bad guy to practice defending... Him and Trouba clicking would be such a massive win for this season. Legit on par with Kakko and Laf popping off on offense.
