We do need a right handed center

Leafs need a 3C so they will watch for every C available... In perfect world but if the best option value/price is a left handed center, you have to take him...

Bjugstad is big, fast and a right shot, we probably do need more team speed.

Laughton would be nice, I suspect the price is quite high though.

Bjusgtad for me should be a plan E at best...In case of every other better option don't working...

The Leafs have been linked to Laughton ever since Treliving took over. I also think he'd be a good fit. My only downside is that he's not a right shot but that's probably not a big concern.

I think the team interest even goes back to the Dubas era too (pretty sure Mirtle mentioned something along those lines in a podcast)

I'd wager he's the front runner of an acquisition, if he's indeed available

Flyers are technically 4 points out of the last wild card spot. But they have an -18 goal differential. They could go on a big streak but seems likely they keep rebuilding/retooling.

Not sure of the value so maybe it won't happen since many teams will be calling but he's also at the top of the list of my targets

The Naki
man the Rangers are in it this season. Probably will get traded once the roster freeze is lifted

I love Kreider as a player and he'd look good beside either of our top 6 centers but his age, cap hit and production drop off give me heart palpitations

You would have to think a first is the first thing they ask for, something we've already moved for this season

He's definitely big and a right shot. Don't see him play much at all but NHL edge doesn't give him very high grades for his skating. Still would probably be a solid addition to the bottom 6 though.
