But you are complaining that they haven't done anything yet, but the deadline is 2 days away.

And Tampa paid a STEEP price. I wouldn't have done that deal. I would be livid if we did that. Just because a deal is out there doesn't mean its a good one.

Love the player, but that's a lot of money for a really good fourth liner. Columbus can afford it though, and with the cap going up, it isn't a huge problem... still....

People are overreacting to what another team did (which was address holes in their lineup), and fans are reacting because we didnt make a move before them??? This is all fair if the Leafs stand pat through the deadline, but we are far from that point.

he'd be a good pickup (esp if NSH retains a bit) given he comes with term at a reasonable caphit, and the familiarity with the coach.

I don't get the obsession with ROR. He was slow when he was here, and that was a couple of years ago, so I don't imagine he's gotten any faster.

Laughton seems to be our best bet at this point. Whether we overpay or not is the gonna be the question but I think thats who we're gonna get

Maybe Minten is easier to include if we get someone else back? Would they include Hathaway?
