After making 2 major trades, I figured we'd trade Kerfoot or Engvall and call it a deadline.
But me thinks we have a 3rd blockbuster coming
Nurse/Hamilton/Trouba/Jones say hellolol weird how they are apparently 8 million dollar defenseman
Do not be surprised if Kerfoot, Engvall and Holl are shipped out to recoup draft capital and assets really soon. Both Chychrun and Gavrikov are still in play and something tells me Dubas has his eyes on these guys. That 1st now comes into play.
He's not done people. Kerfoot is the next to go. Has become expendable with OReilly, Acciari and Lafferty acquisitions. Too many forwards. We have Kampf, Jankrok, Engvall and ZAR that will play in the bottom 6.
The player cards I posted are from this season. Here is a screenshot of EvolvingHockey GAR from this season too:That's before this year... it's changed.. Gustaffson has dropped off... what I posted reflects that.
Oh well... it's a bit irrelevant this discussion anyway. I doubt either would have seen ice time, barring injury. The player cards I posted are from this season. Here is a screenshot of EvolvingHockey GAR from this season too:

Maybe Garland or Boeser?
The above is about getting the 5ths back in the McCabe deal. Now Dubas recoups a 1st. Ya it may be out the door, but that can only mean for another asset (hopefully a good one). Loving these piece of work. Can't just toss them away like candy all the time. Need them as currency to pick and/or trade.Agreed. It's a small piece, but a smart piece of business. Recently I was criticizing Dubas for not replenishing picks often enough. The only method had been trading down and when he traded Kapanen, which was a great move. Getting these picks back here and there may seem like small potatoes but can really help.
That would do itImagine he pulls off a trade for Saros/Gibson/Demko. That would be an insane way to end the trade deadline.
Dubas is not screwing around, holy moly
