I do.

He's mostly been disappointing in their eyes since signing that contract but you can find bottom 6 guys for cheaper that are better, they paid up too fast on him. His value might be as high as it is going to get, he needs to be pushed a lot to play the right way.

That’s a possibility, but Kerfoot makes so much more sense.

I think we’re significantly better with Engvall and whatever 3.5 million gets up than we are with Kerfoot and whatever 1.25 million gets us.

Personally speaking, both can go. Nothing against either of them but a lot of the same qualities in both players that also match the rest of the line up, I am a big believer in having lots of different ingredients in the line up.

Agreed 100%. Both are fine players, but I prefer to have a versatile group of forwards all through the lineup. I like physical play, but I think it needs to be spread out rather than bunched up in the bottom of the lineup. I also like skill, and think some should be present on the 4th line.

Coleman is a hell of a player, great pker, I think on pace for 25-30 goals with Devils with no PP time. They didn't want to trade him, Tampa forced NJD to trade him by offering just a crazy package for him.

I like Wood but the cost is not and should not be considered the same. Wood is a player they wanted to move on from last season.

Keefe had a quote that i can't find talking about his potential, and how great he was following that edmonton series - its hard to replace that natural ability

Also, we’d likely have to expose him in the expansion draft.
