  • If you are having issues logging in, we have found opening the log in page in a new tab/window rather than using the pop out should resolve these issues. We are working to get this resolved and thank you for patience.
  • Congrats to our latest Sportsbook winners - GOLD MEDAL kihei, SILVER MEDAL fish7 and BRONZE MEDAL Sammy Kat - new tournament begins today 6/15
He thinks Reinbacher has an NHL future but he also thinks he still has work to do at the AHL level before that happens.
You can never tell with Kids he may show up at camp and surprise everyone.
He's played the equivalent of 1 full pro season over 3 years.

Makes sense

So does that mean were ready to admit Matheson is bad?

Why are you so disingenuous?

Whats the downside in acquiring Kesselring here? They literally got paid to take him lol.
Matheson is lightyears ahead of Kesselring lmao

You wouldn't need to add a first round pick to Guhle for Knies. It'd be B assets coming with Guhle, who's already a huge piece for the Leafs. One could argue he's almost the defensive equivalent of Knies up front.

Also, no way is McTavish worth Reinbacher. He's been scratched during the season and even more in the playoffs.

Why would Chicago trade him away?
They’re desperate for a LHPMD which we just happen to have redundancy on and we can also package a veteran RHD to replace him.

I realize that’s 2 local boys moving out but Crevier is at least worth 1.5 given his size.

We will down a quart on Quartexx clients so will have to bring a couple more in.

You guys think we'll be disappointed in HuGo? Everybody and their dogs think we'll make a splash.
A number of regulars have weighed in suggesting we probably won't be getting a 2C for starters.
I'm one of them and I'm pinning my hopes on fixing the RD problem.
The major issue we have is that neither Matheson nor Guhle can play on their weak side which totally sucks.
We need to move one or the other for the right piece.

Unless we have another trade lined up, we are in no position to be trading Guhle.

Is this guy a fraud?
He’s broken some stuff but he’s been guilty of using “info” from people with a vested interest and not consulting other sources to vet it.

He’s not at the low end of the spectrum like HockeyInsiderrrr but he is very thin-skinned and will get confrontational with users who challenge him on X.

He’s had some mainstream inroads, doing the Habs pre-game show on 690 and contributing to several shows on 91.9 FM. He’s been part of a season long prospects podcast with a host from 91.9 FM and a minor league expert.

Step 1 : Gallagher and midpick or equivalent prospect to Vancouver for future considerations

Step 2 : Guhle, Dach and 2027 1st (top 10 protected) to Toronto for Knies

Step 3 : Carrier and 2026 1st for Whitecloud

Step 4 : Sign Greer

Slafkovsky-Suzuki-Caufield
Knies-Kapanen-Demidov
Newhook-Evans-Bolduc
Greer-Danault-Anderson
*Texier

Hutson-Whitecloud
Matheson-Dobson
Engstrom-Reinbacher
*Xhekaj, Struble

Dobes
Fowler

Step 5 during the season if needed : Kapanen and one of Hage or Zharovsky for a top 6 center.
We absolutely need a 2C that isn't McTavish because I'm not sure he's a upgrade over Kapanen especially for the $

We have to quickly identify some teams that might be willing to rebuild, perhaps the Preds and just go strong on ROR even at his age.

Centers won't grow on trees, not this year and not next

Truth is there are very few real insiders. Teams don't leak stuff unless they want it leaked, and in that case there's usually some kind of shenanigans at play so you can't trust it too much. I have it legit contacts on the team, like senior staff members who were in my wedding party, and hell Geoff Molson went to my high school. And they don't tell me anything, they take that stuff really seriously.

So I don't trust very many insiders at all. They hear bits and pieces and make vague statements based on that.

It's HockeyyInsiderr his name. 2 Y and 2 R. You put some gawd damn respect on his name.

He's better than that D'Amico guy.

Pretend to have sources.............that's what cracks me up.

As you say, when there are leaks, it's usually planned leaks.....and it can be total BS.
Speculation is what we all do........and those clowns get paid to do it.
