Tuch is a hometown boy, I don't see Buffalo trading him. Him leaving UFA? Depends if the Sabres can turn the ship around. I'd probably bet on him escaping the black hole of misery.​

When we went to the finals we had a Redwood Forest of a D. Huge, physical and strong defensively. I didn't like the fact we didn't have a real PMD ( Petry I don't consider to be that ). I was unhappy we had missed our chance at Devon Toews, a big error by Bergevin.

But still, that D did well.

So I want a skilled D with PMD talent. But we need to have size , solid defence and physicality as well.

We are rebuilding, though quite along in that process. But since we are rebuilding might as well get the right pieces. So I'm not sold on paying up for Noah Dobson if this guy isn't real good defensively and physical. I don't want 2 somewhat weak defensive guys in the top 4 ( other being Hutson ).

Anthony Richard on waivers...if the idea is to trade some forwards soon...he can't be a bad bet. Frankly, I have no idea how this kid couldn't be a good PK'er with some heavy forecheck. He does have the insane speed.

He completely lacks an understanding of what Canada means to Canadians. It's almost like suggesting and supporting renaming the rocket Richard to the ovechkin.

How is Dobson going to live up to his next contract? Will he develop into an 80+ point scorer? The 70 point season seems more like a high water anomaly than his base performance level.

Fortunately I don’t think Hughes is dumb enough to go after Dobson.

Pretty much every defenceman is. The ones that arent don't really get talked about unless it purely for their defensive acumen. I'd definitely do it for the right price and pair him with a Guhle

...do YOU want your anthem booed??...cuz I also think it's extraordinarily disrespectful...boo Trump, fine; boo the ANTHEM and you're booing the countless millions who DIED to preserve the Freedoms we all take for granted...as a Veteran myself, I take great pride in my Anthem, as EVERYONE should...Cole takes pride in his Anthem...good for him, pity more weren't like him...
