I'm not like a big Carter fan or anything, but any depth move that pushes our "okay, so far so good, but this is gonna eventually bite us in the ass right?" guys like Sceviour and E-Rod down the lineup is solid. Especially if, again, we can get the Kings to retain 50%.

Still a bit worried about the mix on Geno's line. Kirk tells me Tanev's not an option, and I think we agree that even if it's a solid idea, Sully simply won't do it. So in order to keep the potential depth advantage of McCann as 3C with Zucker and Carter (and ZAR-TB-Tanev as the 4th line), what's the 2LW situation? Sully's gonna default to E-Rod, isn't he?

I like this deal a hell of a lot more than stupid Marleau... can slide 2/3rd lines and C and wing gives options. At the low cost I’m cool with it.
