He's on a team friendly deal because he's a sub 0.5 ppg player. Can't see that many teams frothing at the mouth to add such a player at this point.

Cozens contract is horrible and he's only had one good year. It's interesting that the Sabres gave up a 2nd here, but unless they'd accept Dach+Newhook for Cozens+Peterka, there's no reason for us to take on that contract.
