Yeah, What Spurgeon said. He's saying that 2/3 of Boeser's points come at even-strength, so he certainly gets his share of powerplay points, but he isn't strictly a powerplay merchant.

If it’s past the TDL, what remedy does a team have to get back under the cap? Are you forced to send players down?

A lingering groin injury feels like it’s very easy to use the LTIR loophole with, regardless of what Russo says. Hell, throw Spurgeon on LTIR for the last 10 games of the season to rehab. We have a history of recurring injuries on this team that we should be able to take advantage of.
