Liljegren with a horrific period. Edmundson totally useless in every way. McCabe poor period. And Keefe, wtf was Knies doing on in the last 8 seconds? He’s been horrible.
Until Lilly slap passed to Edmonson, impossible to get thst cleanly
this guy hasnt called anything leafs related in his lifex.com
x.com
This is Berger. So take it with a grain of salt. But if he's actually right about this, then I would be able to stomach a four or five game Boston series win here
Elite but fails to pick up Pasta. He was the safety man there and he blew it. Pathetic close out to the period. It's just plain embarrassing watching Marner in the playoffs
Hed better come out flying at 100mph on Wednesday.William Nylander..... please save us.
4 straight wuold be way betterLet me guess Leafs come back to tie and lose in OT.
Game 3 they freeze and lose....series over.
Rinse and repeat.
Yes. Every line plays the same way, it's asinine. Dewar isn't going to make the same plays with the puck as a Nylander. Rielly as an Edmundson etc. Sometimes the play is to flip the puck out, Keefe thinks these guys are the '08 Red Wings or something with this emphasis on puck possession in all 3 zones.Because Keefe's system is all about taking a bunch of random players and trying to get them to make these terrible possession plays, running guys like Engvall and Liljegren like they're Larionov to Fetisov.
I'm up for coming back to tieLet me guess Leafs come back to tie and lose in OT.
Yeah. Marner could've covered but where the actual f*** was Benoit going?
That's because they are keeping all those key personnel from all those seasons.Really weird how all the problems from the regular season and the many previous seasons are still present in these playoffs.
Even if he comes back for game 3. It’ll be certainty that we just get eliminated in 6William Nylander..... please save us.
He;s just too small. He needs room to play, not getting that in playoffsIt's just plain embarrassing watching Marner in the playoffs
Thing is the series of things leading to that goal was all leafs making a series of mistakes. They’ve been doing it all season though so it’s not really a surprise. Probably can count on my hands the number of times the leafs actually played a solid game this seasonIn past years I have felt like we were better but kept mentally puking over ourselves. Boston is better then we are.
He was too far away from the position. What was the point of his dive?
Selke Elite. Maybe cover Pasta?
