GO LEAFS GO! So pumped for this game. I'm glad Scrivens is starting. I was a bit surprised to see Mac get the A, I woulda liked to see Grabo get it, but oh well! What kind of TV do you guys have? ^^^^^ (i.e. Bell/Rogers?)

Well, Phaneuf and Gunnarsson are capable but i doubt Komi is
But he has in the past, which is the point. He should play well in a more defense oriented system. And if he doesn't, he'll be shipped out and Holzer or Fraser will make a home in the lineup. Win/win.

My gf texted why I don't want to go out tonight considering it's her best friends bday dinner. Then she texts back, (actual text ) .... "oh yeah, your stupid hockey is back" :)

I thought Gunnarson was paired with Franson?

Either way, Gunnarson's pair should always be used as the shutdown pair. He is the player I have the most confidence in when facing the other team's top lines.

Anyone listening to the fan 590 now. They've gone on for about an hour with phone calls, 80% of them have been trash, the host is bashing the team, the callers are bashing the team..the season hasn't even started yet and we already have the cry babies out.

Lol, my wife actually moved up her b-day dinner tonight to 4pm so that we're home before puck drop!

Can anyone confirm if this is the official starting lineup tonight? (should be on p.1 of the thread if so)

Lupul - Bozak - Kessel
MacArthur - Grabovski - Kulemin
van Riemsdyk - Kadri - Komarov
Brown - McClement - Orr/Steckel?

Phaneuf - Kostka
Liles - Franson
Gunnarsson - Komisarek

Scrivens
Reimer

Most likely, but won't know until game time. Orr probably in over Steckel

Randy Carlyle bristled when asked about Scrivens starting: "Who told you he was starting? I did not say he was starting.

That's why I stopped listening to all of them last year. Constant nagging and negativity. Especially Andy Frost. I find him worse than Maccown now.

We don't have any radio stations that holds conversation objectively

Yep, I can confirm that in my confirmation.

Steckel will be a healthy scratch and Colton Orr will take the right wing here. Should be a dandy. I mean look at those mean bottom lines. **** I haven't seen such a hard bottom sixtetto since the Tucker/Domi/Corson days.

Leo Komarov, Mike Brown, Jay McClement and Colton Orr will give the Habs some pain and beatings I can assure you.

Scrivens starting is not a guaranteed thing yet. Might be Reimer.
