surprised by Mac as the choice tbh. Liles, Grabo, and even Komi seems more suited for it.

#Leafs coach Randy Carlyle would not confirm Ben Scrivens will start. But he was first goalie to leave ice at morning skate. #hockeynight

You don't give alternate captaincy to someone you are going wave soon ;)

Grabo was my pick.
I would have been okay with any of these guys though.

Grabo don't need no silly letter on his chest to show everyone whats up.

I think Kostka can stick in the NHL. He was easily the 2nd best D in the AHL behind Schultz. He played great and deserves a shot at the NHL level.

To put him up on the top pairing shows Carlyle is willing to give players a real chance to show their stuff regardless of age.

On one shift Komarov should chirp Emelin in Russian, look over to the bench and chirp Eller in German and Armstrong in English. LOL

Grabo the Warrior does not need an A on his chest to be the warrior that he is. He always seems to have a little extra for the Habs too, coupled with his midseason form, I expect him to be a dominant force tonight.

He's just as good as Armstrong when it comes to putting people off their game and like you say, in a number of languages.

Just as good?

Armstrong sucked at that.

According to Eakins...in one of the AHL games the opposing players stopped playing the Marlies and started targetting Komarov and wanted to kill him .

He's going to bring it..he doesn't even care if he hits Sidney Crosby. We need more of that.

It's true, and I freaking love it. He'll be a fan favourite soon...very soon.

In the minors we have guys like Ross in line :naughty:
