Even Crosby and Malkin needed a guy to take the pressure off of them. Having a Kessel type winger on the third line, whether that is Nylander or someone they acquire, a top 6 winger makes us impossible to shutdown. With our defensive play we are golden.

True. Some games they do. We need those Roberts type of goals. Crease goals. Crash and bang. Playoff style.

If I was Keefe I show them our schedule and say 5 games, 5 winnable games easily for our group. That is 10 points in the standings, That could put us within striking distance of Boston. It would basically guarantee home ice in the playoffs.
