Guessing this is Dubas doing Malgin a solid. Probably had a handshake agreement to trade Malgin if he wasn't getting steady NHL ice time
Lol that would actually be so funny. Somehow both Marchment and Malgin become good players and we got to keep neitherUhhh ok
good luck to denis, it would be comedic if he went and put up 50 points with Colorado
And he will score a hat trick against the Leafs in the next meeting.Uhhh ok

Thats the biggest problem with Dubas'a roster construction. Everything else he's been good.our entire bottom 6 is already comprised of low event players who can't score
Then they should have just kept the depth forward who brings an element the bottom 6 needs, not the one that is completely superfluousDepth forward for depth forward. I don't think the Leafs would have received more than this, that's the thing.

Yeah, would be nice if we could get away from this. We've already seen a better impact with Joey Anderson getting a look there, I'd prefer to either give Steeves a chance now as well or acquire someone more legitimate.our entire bottom 6 is already comprised of low event players who can't score
Why is there a generational divide associated with a depth player type? I’m not even a boomer but starting to feel like one.

Yeah we already knows how this story ends, our bottom 6 gives little to no production come playoff timeYeah, would be nice if we could get away from this.
